Tim Xavier and D-Knox have come together for Soul Kraft, a new six-track collaborative EP born from a year-long creative exchange between Berlin and Warsaw.

Built around hardware experimentation, modular sequencing and an instinctive writing process, the project sees the pair explore a deeper, more considered side of contemporary techno. Rather than chasing peak-time intensity, Soul Kraft unfolds gradually, placing equal emphasis on atmosphere, texture and rhythmic evolution.

The EP opens with the ambient tones of 'Soul Kraft Intro' before moving into the abstract rhythmic framework of 'Stream of Consciousness'. 'Off into the Abyss' continues the journey with restrained grooves and slowly shifting textures, while the second half introduces new rhythmic ideas through the broken-beat movement of 'Tomorrow Is a Rainy Day' and the hypnotic modular patterns of '3choes of 3ther'.

Closing track 'Dead Stare Grinder' delivers the release's most driving moment, pairing rough-edged synth work with measured, deliberate progression while maintaining the EP's understated approach.

Although firmly rooted in dancefloor culture, Soul Kraft extends beyond club functionality. Across its six tracks, the release favours patience over instant gratification, allowing subtle production details and evolving arrangements to take centre stage.

The collaboration has already attracted support from respected selectors including Marcel Dettmann, Raresh, Ben Sims and Dustin Zahn, further highlighting its appeal within the underground techno community.

With Soul Kraft, Tim Xavier and D-Knox deliver a collaborative statement that balances experimentation with accessibility, offering a carefully crafted collection that rewards both close listening and extended club play.
