Mostra Barcelona has announced the full details of its 2026 edition, celebrating five years as one of the city’s most carefully curated and community-focused electronic music festivals. Taking place from 12 to 15 March 2026, the event arrives earlier than ever, positioning itself as Barcelona’s first major festival of the year.
The anniversary edition opens on 12 March at Casa Montjuïc, before the festival moves into the Olympic Pavilion of Vall d’Hebron for three full days of programming. Across the four days, Mostra will present more than 35 hours of music on a single stage, with no overlapping sets, continuing its commitment to focused listening and shared experience.
For 2026, the festival expands its format. Friday and Saturday programming will now run until 3am, alongside a larger outdoor area designed to make the experience more open and comfortable. Attendance remains capped at 1,000 people, reinforcing Mostra’s human scale approach in contrast to high-capacity festival models.

The lineup reflects the festival’s long-standing dedication to discovery, artistic depth, and future-facing sound. This special edition brings together international artists, exclusive live performances, and key figures from both local and global underground scenes. With no timetable clashes, audiences are invited to experience the full arc of the programme from start to finish.
Mostra’s identity extends beyond music alone. Organised as an independent, non-profit cultural association, the festival reinvests all revenue directly back into the project. It operates without external investment, maintaining full creative autonomy and long-term sustainability.
The festival’s values remain central to its direction. It is rooted in Barcelona’s cultural ecosystem, committed to improving gender representation, and focused on reducing environmental impact while strengthening its social footprint. Year-round initiatives, including ExtraMostra, Mostra’m, Fira, MostRadio, and MostraRespect, ensure the project continues well beyond the festival weekend.
From 12 to 15 March 2026, Mostra Barcelona returns not only to celebrate its past five years but to actively shape the future of the city’s electronic music culture through connection, curiosity, and care.
