Kai Hillmann Returns to Déepalma with “Long Way” — A Late-Summer Deep House Essential
German producer Kai Hillmann is back on Déepalma Records with a brand new single, Long Way — out now on all major platforms.
The track is pure deep house gold: rolling low-end pressure, funky guitar flicks, warm piano touches, and a vocal that sticks with you long after the night ends. It’s deep yet radiant, carrying that unmistakable Déepalma DNA while carving its own mood and groove — the kind of cut that feels tailor-made for those last, glowing moments of the European summer season.
This is Hillmann’s second outing with the label, following his debut Alone — a lush, afro-organic house track that turned heads with support from Nicole Moudaber, Ralphie Rosario, Sparrow & Barbossa, and more. Known for his emotive, melodic energy, Hillmann has lit up dancefloors from Berlin’s Sisyphos and Kater Blau to sun-soaked festival stages in Mexico and Bora Bora. After stepping back to recharge, he’s clearly back in stride — and Long Way feels like a bold step forward.
A standout tune with its own atmosphere and undeniable pull, Long Way is already shaping up as a go-to closer for DJs this season.
