Born and raised in Oulu, Northern Finland, Smok, originally Juha Moisala, began his DJing career in 2002 and has become a key figure in the region’s deep house music scene. Not just a DJ, Smok’s journey includes evolving into a music producer, showcasing his refined auditory and production skills.Â
Smok’s deep house style is evident in his work across various labels, including standout singles’ Dance Tonight’ and ‘Helix’. His releases have succeeded on Traxsource Deep House charts and have been supported by notable artists. Moreover, his sought-after remixes are the result of collaborations with various artists. Smok’s tracks have also been featured in prominent collections like Toolroom’s Ibiza 2019, Deep House, and Poolside Croatia 2016.Â
