Hot Picks: Italy's Hotswing comes with the dancefloor heaters

Hotswing, the talented Italian artist, renowned for infusing his music with an infectious, feel-good spirit that seems to pulse through every note and rhythm of his tracks. In 2022, he made a significant mark on Toolroom with his summer stomper ‘Go Up’. Fast forward to 2023, as he continues to build on this momentum and returns with some heavy duty dancefloor fodder.

'Feel It' is a chunky slammer, packed with haunting spoken-word vocals and solid 4-to-the-floor grooves. Bringing his trademark robust and powerful sound that's designed to keep dancefloors moving. Laced with hypnotic perc rhythms; the perfect combination to lose yourself in.

With the single out now, we asked Hotswing for a Hot Picks, as he combines the past with the present in this fire selection.

Mark Knight, Green Velvet, James Hurr - The Greatest Thing Alive

A very fresh six-handed track, I always play it in every set.

Tony Touch - Apaga la luz (David Guetta Remix)

It reminds me to take a real trip to the past. It also makes the super bomb stones dance.

Oden & Fatzo – Lauren

I often use it to close my sets, beautiful melody, I like it and people go crazy.

Sound Support - La Danse Heureuse

Evil melody, those 80s create an absurd journey.

Amine Edge & DANCE - Good Time

This track in its simplicity with bassline and voice is often the track I turn to to open my sets.

The Deepshakerz - Died To Be Free

Functional in the best possible way, it really gives me so much energy to know that house music will never die.

Nic Fanciulli - On My Mind

I couldn’t not include this bomb. Percussion and vocal cut excellence; sample deadly; top Nic

ANOTR, Abel Balder - Your Mind

An exceptional funk-House track with an infectious groove. Indispensable.

PAWSA - Room Service (24 Hour Mix)

The madness of Pawsa that leads to samples from Imagination super band of the 80s brings out a super track by fear. I love it.

Roger Sanchez - Another Chance

It reminds me a lot when I was a kid, so I like to pass this on to people.
