Swedish studio wizard Tobtok has had one hell of a year with the release of his debut EP ‘My Friends’ with farfetch’d on Perfect Havoc. On the 6-tracker, we saw a more experimental, playful side to his former productions as it weaved together glitch house with flecks of disco and breakbeat, and 90’s piano rave house.
Always solid in his output whether on Selected or Soave, you’re in good hands when it comes to a Tobtok production while on the dancefloor his tunes are dependably danceable.
Hot from his EP launch party at Reason HQ in Stockholm, Tobtok heads to London later this month to join his Perfect Havoc labelmates for a takeover of 103 at Ministry of Sound.
