Faster Horses has joined forces with Scottish duo Vivace for ‘There’s Nothing Else’, marking both artists’ debut on Berlin collective Live From Earth.
Out now, the collaboration brings together two rising UK acts whose sounds move freely between trance, techno, garage and hard dance. The result is a euphoric, atmospheric club track that balances emotional depth with driving late night energy.
‘There’s Nothing Else’ unfolds around rolling sub bass and intricate percussion, with shimmering melodic textures and expansive pads creating space throughout the arrangement. Tonal percussion adds movement as the track shifts between dreamy passages and more forceful rhythmic sections, maintaining its hypnotic momentum throughout.
The collaboration arrives as Faster Horses continues to establish himself as one of the UK underground’s most distinctive emerging producers. Based in Manchester and originally from Liverpool, his fusion of ethereal techno, trance and psychedelic influences has taken him to clubs including FOLD, RSO, Radion and Den Anden Side, alongside releases through Space Trax and Euromantic.
Aberdeen duo Vivace are building momentum of their own. Their combination of hard house, trance and garage has earned support from Mixmag and Rinse FM while helping position the pair among a new wave of Scottish artists exploring the faster and more melodic edges of contemporary club music.
Their arrival on Live From Earth provides another natural home for that approach. The Berlin collective has become closely associated with electronic music that crosses traditional genre boundaries, making ‘There’s Nothing Else’ a fitting first release on the label for both acts.
