DJ Tennis has returned to his Life And Death imprint with new single ‘Misbehave’, a collaboration with vocalist Campbell King that arrives as the influential label celebrates its 15th anniversary.

Released alongside an official music video, the track sees Manfredi Romano deliver one of his most direct dancefloor-focused productions in recent years. Built around commanding vocals, rolling percussion, lively basslines and vibrant rhythmic textures, ‘Misbehave’ captures the energy of open-air parties and peak-time club moments while retaining the musical identity that has long defined both DJ Tennis and Life And Death.

Campbell King's vocal performance sits at the centre of the record, providing a confident focal point as layers of percussion and melodic elements gradually build around it. The result feels equally suited to festival stages, summer terraces and late-night dancefloors.

The release arrives during a landmark year for Life And Death. Since launching in 2011, the label has become one of electronic music's most respected independent imprints, helping champion artists across house, techno, indie dance and more melodic corners of the underground. Over the years, it has developed a reputation for releases that prioritise songwriting, atmosphere and individuality alongside club functionality.

As founder of the label, DJ Tennis has remained a central figure in shaping its direction. Beyond his work as a producer and DJ, Romano's career has spanned artist management, promotion and collaboration with artists across multiple genres, helping establish the broad musical perspective that continues to define the imprint.

‘Misbehave’ follows last year's well-received collaboration with Eliza Rose, ‘Playa Paradiso’, and continues a strong run of releases for both artist and label.

As Life And Death enters its fifteenth year, ‘Misbehave’ serves as a reminder of the label's ability to balance underground credibility with records capable of making an immediate impact on dancefloors around the world.
