Bri Buckle & Marmajam Land On Muscle Funk With ‘The Power’

The fast rising UK duo Bri Buckle and Marmajam keep their momentum rolling as they land on Midnight McBride’s new Muscle Funk imprint with a standout slice of uplifting house titled 'The Power'. Built around an irresistible bass groove and lifted by warm piano, infectious sax hooks and glowing synth work, The Power hits with a rush of pure feel good energy. The vocal shines at the centre, capturing that unmistakable spark you only get in those unforgettable moments on the dance floor. Rounding out the release, UK pairing Atari Safari step up with a remix that dives into a deeper, more mellow house space. Their version glides on plush pads and rolling beats, giving the vocal a smooth and spacious backdrop that brings a whole new dimension to the track.
Bri Buckle and Marmajam are UK based producers with a shared love for groove driven, disco touched house. After eighteen months of working together in the studio, they made their debut last year with Wanna Look Good For Ya on Good Custard, marking the start of a run of releases that showcase their instinct for bright, feel good club music. Away from the studio, they co run Funk My Life, a project that channels their passion for dance floor focused sounds into both their events and their productions.
Bri Buckle is already part of the Muscle Funk story, having dropped his solo single Lights Went Out to strong support last year. Now, teaming up with Marmajam once again, the duo deliver a release that feels perfectly at home on the label and sets the tone for what is shaping up to be a big year ahead.
