Sonic Soul Orchestra Reunites With Camden Rose On ‘Unforgettable’

Sonic Soul Orchestra returns to SoSure Music with‘Unforgettable’, a smooth, soul-drenched house cut featuring upbeat vocals from Camden Rose. His effortlessly expressive topline rides a warm, soulful house groove, lit with punchy sax licks and melodic piano melodies. Also on the package, S.K.O.D. (AKA Ricky Morrison) flips the original into a playful edit for the dance floor, rounding out another sharp release from the SoSure camp.

Behind the Sonic Soul Orchestra alias is London/LA-based JP Firmin, a longtime player in the UK scene with roots stretching back to the early ‘90s via his legendary Interstate Records imprint and work with the likes of DJ Disciple and Michael Watford. After a hiatus spent managing global tours for some of the world’s biggest artists, lockdown pulled him back to production, resulting in a run of releases on respected imprints including Quantize, Midnight Riot, and Groove Odyssey, among others. With his new label Some Kind Of Disco on the way and more releases lined up for SoSure, King Street, and more, 2025 is shaping up strong for SSO.
