Panos Z returns to David Morales’ DIRIDIM with brooding new single ‘Veyra’

Updated: Jun 6

DIRIDIM keeps the pressure on with another deep cut, this time from Greek producer Panos Z, who returns to the label with ‘Veyra’ - a moody, melodic track that sits comfortably between progressive house and late-night electronica. Driven by a thick, rolling bassline and crisp percussive layers, Veyra builds around spiralling synths and a hypnotic vocal motif that pulls you further in with each pass. Label head David Morales steps in on remix duties, flipping the original into a widescreen club version. His take blends cinematic string textures with a pulsing low-end and slick, playful synth stabs, adding a dose of classic Red Zone style Morales drama.

Active since the late '90s, Panos Z cut his teeth behind the decks in Athens before turning to production in 2018. Since then, he’s carved out a signature sound that’s landed him on imprints like Feel Hype Black, Fishtone, and Excusez, with ‘Veyra’ marking another great addition to his evolving catalogue.
