Ticky keeps his Rabbit Hole journey moving with the release of ‘Furaha’, an uplifting and high-energy vocal drum and bass cut that blends underground edge with commercial appeal. Out on 28th November, it marks the second single from his forthcoming ‘Transpire EP’, following the cinematic tones of ‘Downfall’ with a more club-focused feel.
‘Furaha’ translates to “joy” in Swahili, and that sense of emotion is embedded deep within the production. Built around crisp breaks, soaring vocals and rich melodic detail, the track captures the euphoria and movement that define Ticky’s sound. The bassline drives hard but clean, while shimmering synths and cultural vocal layers add warmth and texture. Every section feels crafted to lift energy on the dancefloor while keeping a sense of musical depth throughout.
This release highlights Ticky’s ability to balance emotional storytelling with infectious rhythm. He draws on the soulful side of drum and bass, blending atmospheric build-ups with drops that hit with precision. It is a track that reflects his growing confidence as a producer capable of delivering tunes that connect equally with ravers, radio and streaming audiences.
‘Furaha’ continues to build anticipation for Ticky’s upcoming ‘Transpire EP’, set for full release on 12th December via Rabbit Hole. Across the series, Ticky explores the diversity of modern liquid DnB through collaborations with some of the scene’s most distinctive vocalists, including amelie eve and EJ Kitto.
