Jordi van Achthoven, best known as one-half of electronic powerhouse Tinlicker, continues to carve a more intimate and expressive path under his solo alias They Call Me Steve. With a reputation for filling stadiums and festivals around the world alongside Micha Heyboer, Jordi now teases the third single from his forthcoming album Escapism (out September 19).
Titled “Do You Think About Me”, the single arrives June 20 via Be Yourself Music, offering a stirring slice of melodic house layered with soulful inflections and personal depth. Crafted from samples, memories, and late-night sessions, it carries an introspective warmth that draws on Jordi’s roots while stepping into something new.
