Sio Joins Soul Quest Records With New ‘Losing Sleep’ EP

South African vocalist, poet and songwriter Sio has joined Soul Quest Records for the release of her new three-track EP, Losing Sleep, further strengthening the label's reputation for championing soulful electronic music with global reach.
Curated by Max Sinàl, Soul Quest Records has quickly established itself as a home for forward-thinking soul, house and Afro-inspired sounds. Losing Sleep continues that direction, pairing Sio's unmistakable songwriting with production from Sean Green, Max Sinàl, KingCrowney and Slxm Sol.
Opening with 'Serious', the EP places Sio's expressive vocals over warm keys, understated Afrocentric rhythms and deep, soulful production. The result is an intimate record that balances emotional vulnerability with effortless groove.
The mood shifts on 'Somewhere', where jazz and neo-soul influences take centre stage.
