Manchester DJ and producer Jenny Harrison is celebrating 25 years behind the decks with the release of 'Going Crazy', a new vocal house single arriving via Muscle Funk.
Landing as a Beatport exclusive on 31st July, before its full release on 14th August, the record marks another milestone in Harrison's long-standing career while showcasing the energetic, dancefloor-focused sound that has defined her sets for more than two decades.
Built around commanding spoken-word vocals from a female preacher, 'Going Crazy' pairs a driving bass groove with uplifting synth melodies to deliver a peak-time house record aimed squarely at summer club floors. Designed with DJs in mind, the production balances infectious rhythm with vocal hooks that give the track immediate impact.
Joining the package is a remix from New York house veteran Lenny Fontana, who returns to Muscle Funk with a colourful reinterpretation. His version introduces bright piano riffs, disco-inspired strings and vibraphone flourishes, transforming the original into a soulful, uplifting club workout while preserving its vocal-led energy.
Speaking about the release, Harrison said: "Dance music has been a huge part of my life for many years. This release reflects my passion for the scene and the energy I experience behind the decks."
Since launching her career in 2000, Harrison has become one of the UK's most respected female house DJs, holding residencies with Miss Moneypenny's, Venus, 2Risque and Sankeys, while performing internationally at iconic venues including Space Ibiza, Amnesia, DC10, El Divino and Zouk Singapore. Alongside her club career, she also hosted Friday Night Dance on Manchester's Key 103, helping introduce dance music to a wider regional audience.
Following appearances at the sold-out Mambo Festival earlier this year, 'Going Crazy' arrives as another confident step forward, celebrating both Harrison's remarkable career and her continued passion for delivering uplifting house music built for the dancefloor.
