Hot Since 82 has unveiled ‘Life’s Too Short’, the second single taken from his forthcoming album ‘Obsessions’, arriving via his own Knee Deep In Sound imprint on 10th July.
While the album reflects Daley Padley's personal and creative evolution, the latest single tells a story of patience. Originally produced six years ago, ‘Life’s Too Short’ was left off his previous album after the producer felt it wasn't ready. Rather than reworking it, Padley left the track untouched, waiting until the right moment to finally share it.
"I've been sitting on this record for so many years, always believing that one day I'd get to share it with you all," he says. "It's a track that's always resonated with me... and who doesn't love a feel-good piano house anthem?"
Built around uplifting piano chords, infectious vocal hooks and breakbeat-inspired rhythms, ‘Life’s Too Short’ delivers a warmer, more celebratory side of Hot Since 82's production style.
