Berlin duo FJAAK are back with a fierce four-track EP that captures the unfiltered energy of their live sets. ‘FJAAK012’ is a no-frills, analogue-driven release built for the world’s toughest dancefloors.

Opening track ‘Inside Out’ sets the tone with a stripped-back groove, blending industrial textures, breakbeats, jungle, and hardcore elements into a relentless workout. ‘Rekorder’ follows, dropping rigid sequencing in favour of raw, live-jam spontaneity. Its coarse percussion and shifting melodic layers deliver pure warehouse grit.

On the flip, ‘Don’t Give A F’ ups the pace with rolling grooves and piercing analogue tones designed to dominate peak-time sets. Closing cut ‘Leave A Message’ stands out as a groove-heavy trip with jagged rhythms, textured layers, and sharp transitions that demand movement.

FJAAK, the duo of Felix Wagner and Aaron Röbig, have built their reputation on hardware-only shows and a rebellious DIY spirit. Since the late 2000s, they’ve shaped a sound that merges techno, jungle, UK breakbeat, and d’n’b, always pushing club music forward. Their 2024 album FJAAK THE SYSTEM showcased this versatility with collabs from Modeselektor, Skee Mask, Red Eye, and J.Manuel.

With ‘FJAAK012,’ the pair continue their momentum into 2025, delivering music as uncompromising as their live shows. Expect heavy global touring, new label projects, and more groundbreaking releases on the horizon.
