Alex Farell Announces Debut Album ‘Levitate’ On Sara Landry’s HEKATE
Alex Farell will release his debut album on Sara Landry’s HEKATE imprint on 30th October, following a year of major festival appearances and releases across the hard techno scene.
The 19-year-old producer has built a longstanding relationship with Landry and her label, making HEKATE the home for his first full-length project. Across ten tracks, the album moves beyond a collection of peak-time club weapons, bringing cinematic atmospheres and a more expansive approach to the high-intensity sound that has established Farell’s name.
With ‘Club Acid’ and ‘Rave Machine’ already circulating throughout the summer, Farell will share a third and final single, ‘Levitate’, on 25th September. The track explores the album’s more cinematic side through expansive atmospheres, soaring synths and a futuristic sense of movement.
“This was the first track I made in my new studio; I think the new energy and surroundings gave me ideas to create more of a unique production,” Farell explains. “‘Levitate’ represents a sound that I have been working towards for so long.”
The album announcement follows a significant run of live appearances for Farell, whose recent bookings have included Creamfields, Parklife, Blackstone Warehouse, The Warehouse Project and Terminal V Festival.
Arriving shortly after Amsterdam Dance Event, the project marks a new chapter for a producer looking to develop his sound beyond individual club releases while maintaining the intensity that has become central to his work.
‘Levitate’ arrives on 25th September, with Alex Farell’s debut album following on 30th October via HEKATE.
