Aaron Suiss and Enzo Vood have landed on Magnetic Magazine Recordings with ‘Self-Actualization’, earning early support from Hernan Cattaneo and Paul van Dyk.
Released as the 65th entry in the label’s catalogue, the collaboration finds both producers exploring a patient strain of progressive house. Its 123 BPM foundation supports gradually developing synth lines, melodic movement and a steady groove designed to slot naturally into extended club sets.
The record reached influential selectors before its official arrival. Progressive house figurehead Hernan Cattaneo offered his support, while Paul van Dyk introduced the track to his global audience through VONYC Sessions episode 1028.
For Suiss, ‘Self-Actualization’ marks a return to Magnetic Magazine Recordings following the release of ‘Relayered’ in March. His recent output also includes ‘Legend’, which climbed to number two on the Progressive House chart, and a remix of DJ SAN’s ‘Forest Skyline’.
The producer also holds an industry role as A&R and Label Manager at Outta Limits Recordings, the label founded by Stan Kolev and Matan Caspi. His understanding of how progressive records function inside a DJ set feeds into a production that builds with purpose and avoids forcing its main moments.
‘Self-Actualization’ by Aaron Suiss and Enzo Vood is out now on Magnetic Magazine Recordings.
