Berlin-based producer Dilby returns to Déepalma Records with a sleek new remix of “The Light,” the collaborative cut from Yves Murasca and Rosario Galati, featuring Chasing Kurt. Landing 10th of April, the rework reframes the original’s melancholic glow for more direct dance floor impact.

Where the first version leaned into its emotive core, Dilby’s interpretation introduces a tighter, more driving framework. Anchored by a rolling low-end and crisp percussion, the remix unfolds with subtle precision—gradually building energy while maintaining the track’s atmospheric essence. Warm textures and fluid synth work allow the vocals to remain front and center, resulting in a transformation that feels both respectful and club-ready.

The release follows closely on the heels of Déepalma Spotlight: Dilby, the label’s dedicated artist compilation showcasing 17 productions that map out the full scope of his sound.
